Cancellation Policy
Start Date: Plan begins immediately after successful payment. Mail Handling: Mail and packages will be received and held for pickup only. No scanning or forwarding is included in this plan. Pickup Hours: Mail must be picked up during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9-5PM Late Pickup: Mail held longer than 30 days without communication may be returned to sender. Cancellation: This plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged. No refunds for partial months. Continued Use of Address: Use of our business address is tied to your active subscription. If your payment is not received, address usage is no longer authorized, and incoming mail may be refused or returned. Important: This is not a PO Box. This is a licensed commercial address service for business use only. We reserve the right to terminate service if the address is used for any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
